Bit | Factory, has been founded to overtake and continue development of mobile software solutions formerly developed by Interact2000. The mother company has been rebranded to Interact Solutions in 2002 and changed its focus into providing strategic and quality management solutions for medium to large companies.

With the software solutions, Bit | Factory takes over from Interact2000, it will also incorporate their large mobile solutions customer base. Especially the TimeMate and VacationManager software titles count thousands of users all over the globe.

Beside producing new innovative software titles, such as StarTeam, one of the main goals of Bit | Factory will be to release software updates for the existing titles, which had not seen an update for nearly two years by now. On the other hand, because of the applications superior quality and rich feature sets they did not demand frequent updates. All of the programs still work very well with older and recent devices.
